It’s your body’s and mind’s deepest cry for rest. A built-in signal that you’ve pushed too far, for too long.
And for women — this cry is even louder.
The Truth About Pressure & “Low-pression”
In today’s world, depression could more truthfully be called low-pression — a drop in your life force, your inner fuel.
It’s not a flaw, it’s a feedback. Especially for women who live under constant pressure to be everything:

✨ The loving mother, the magnetic partner
✨ The intelligent achiever, the strong support
✨ The one who holds it all together

Women Were Not Designed to Function Like Men
Here’s a truth no one ever teaches us: men operate on a 24-hour hormone cycle, women on a 28-day cycle.
That means we’re not meant to be the same every day. We are cyclical beings.
Some days, we are meant to rest.
Some days, to bloom.
Some days, to feel deep.
